Do peloton shoes have warranty?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any new Peloton Product, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery. Peloton’s guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Bike Warranty and our Limited Tread Warranty.

Why can’t I clip my peloton shoes in?

If you hear a clicking noise as you pedal your bike, something may have broken off in the wheel, or perhaps one of the pedals is rattling around. If that’s the case, you should contact a maintenance service provided by your bike manufacturer.

Why do my peloton cleats keep moving?

All cleats have what’s called float. If you have your cleat to a high degree of float, then yes, it will feel like it’s moving when you clip in and out.

Can you use non Peloton shoes?

You need special shoes to ride. If you buy your shoes from Peloton, that’ll cost you another $125. You can wear your own sneakers instead, but the company’s website recommends attaching toe cages to the pedals if you want to do that. And of course, those are sold separately.

Can you use sneakers on Peloton?

Do Peloton shoes work on other bikes?

Definitely! If you already have the Peloton-branded spin shoes, you can use them at other cycling studios.

Are Peloton bike shoes comfortable?
