Is greenware the same as bone dry?

Bone dry (adjective) is a term used to describe and identify greenware pottery that has dried as much as possible before it has gone through its first firing (the bisque firing). When held, bone dry greenware feels to be at room temperature, not cool to the touch.

Is bisque the same as greenware?

Bisque is clay that has been fired at a very hot temp. and then turns white. Greenware is a dark grey, where bisque is very white. There are different ceramic techniques to do on both greenware and bisque.

Where can I fire my greenware?
