Can you grapple with Astral arms?
RAW grappling does not remove your ability to attack the target. However, astral monk gives extra arms, and of they can grapple (I don’t fully remember the rules for them) then you would be able to attack with a two handed weapon in your real hands.
Are Astral arms unarmed strikes?
The Astral Arms aren’t expressly melee weapon attacks, this means it doesn’t work with Stunning Strike. Flurry are unarmed strikes only which the arms are not, they are weapons. Thus the bonus action attacks bullet.
Can arms of the astral self hold things?
You can still wield and attack with weapons with your physical hands. The arms only allow you to make unarmed strikes with them and gives them a reach of plus 5 feet when making unarmed strikes. But as far as I know the description doesn’t allow you to wield weapons or hold items in the astral arms themselves.
