Here is the method I’ve found works best: Chisel out the tile as normal, and peel off the plastic layer of the Ditra. Scrape off as much of the felt as possible. If your subfloor is OSB, don’t go back over it with Ditra, since you can’t guarantee a good bond after grinding.
