How do you use Herald of agony?
Herald of Agony is a herald skill gem. When activated it reserves mana and grants a buff that gives a chance to inflict poison on enemies. Whenever the user poisons an enemy, it grants Virulence and summons an Agony Crawler minion, which becomes stronger with more stacks of Virulence.
Can agony crawlers poison?
Activating the Herald does not actually spawn the minion that attacks (the Agony Crawler), but instead just grants an inherent chance to Poison. The Agony Crawler will spawn as long as you have at least one Virulence stack, stacks which you gain by poisoning enemies.
