How are chippers made?
A disk chipper features a disc, typically steel, with cutting blades attached. Material is drawn from the hopper via hydraulic wheels, and then moved toward the spinning disc. As the disc rotates, the blades encounter the wood, the material sliced into chips.
Can a wood chipper shred a body?

Can you chip wet wood?

Can I chip green wood?

Can you run a chipper in the rain?
A garden shredder or chipper will not respond well to being left in the rain. If you have a petrol machine, make sure you clean around the cap after a re-fill. With dirt, chips and so on flying around it can get grubby and any dirt or debris in your fuel will cause problems.
Can you soak wood chips in apple juice?
Soak your chips in water (or apple juice, beer, apple cider vinegar…) for 20 minutes prior to cooking. It’ll help them smolder. Leave the lid closed! Every time you open it, you lose heat and smoke.
