Can you 3D print with urethane?
Cast urethane molding is one manufacturing process that is enhanced with 3D printing. Urethane molding involves a silicone rubber mold to create polyurethane parts. First, you build a master pattern then pour liquid silicone around the master to create a mold.
Does urethane stick to PLA?

Does PLA dissolve in acetone?
Yes, acetone can dissolve PLA but only under certain conditions. You might get better results with other solvents, but there isn’t one that reliably works for all types of PLA filament. PLA is an excellent 3D printing material, but it does not offer a lot of post-processing options.
Does PVC cement work on PLA?
I’ve had success gluing a printed PLA part to PVC using a glue from Selleys called All Plastic Fix. It’s a two step procedure where you use a priming pen/marker on both areas to be joined then simply apply the cyanoacrylate glue to one side and hold pressure on the join for around 30 secs.
