Is it bad to follow art tutorials?
Following drawing tutorials and tracing is fine in a learning context, where you’re not doing it for profit or taking credit for someone else’s work. Using art tutorials as just reference for something (like learning how to draw creases in clothing) isn’t cheating in any sense.
