Things to Know When Visiting Disney’s Art of Animation There are three pools at Disney’s Art of Animation resort. Towels are also provided at the pool area. The Finding Nemo pool (called “The Big Blue Pool”) is the largest at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Do Disney World pools have towels?
Towels are available at all Walt Disney World Deluxe Resort hotels at all of the pools. For Moderate and Value Resorts, some pools do offer towels poolside and some do not. You can double check with your individual resort when you check in, or anytime by asking the hotel concierge.
Do you need to bring beach towels to Disney resorts?
You will need to bring your own beach towel to Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon if you don’t want to purchase a new one there or rent one. You will also need to bring your own towels or towels from the room to the pools at a Disney Value Resort.

Not only are the pools at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort so wonderfully themed, but you’ll also be able to enjoy the single largest hotel pool at Walt Disney World Resort! All of these pools, plus every other pool at Walt Disney World Resort, are heated to a comfortable temperature of just over 80 degrees year round.
Does Animal Kingdom Lodge provide pool towels?
It was wonderful! I am happy to share that complementary towels are provided for resort guests at Uzima Springs Pool.
Does Fort Wilderness pool have towels?

Where is the Skyliner at Art of Animation?
The Disney Skyliner station that you’ll be using is located on Generation Gap Bridge, which connects Disney’s Art of Animation Resort with Disney’s Pop Century Resort. The station is not more than a 5 or 10-minute walk from any of the buildings, but I would say that the Finding Nemo area has the closest access.

Yes, all the buildings at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort are equipped with elevators. The buildings housing the Family Suites (Finding Nemo, Cars, and The Lion King sections) feature interior hallways and elevators.

Disney’s Art of Animation Resort features two different types of accommodations – the family suites in the Cars, Lion King and Finding Nemo sections, and standard hotel rooms in the Little Mermaid area. Does Blizzard Beach supply towels?
Spending a day at Disney’s Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is a great way to beat the Florida heat. Towels are provided at both water parks for a rental fee of $2 each.

Washing and drying machines can be found in air-conditioned Comfort Stations located throughout the campsite loops (except Creekside Meadow). Cabin Guests can find laundry bags in cabin closets, and request laundry service from housekeeping.
Can you see Magic Kingdom fireworks from Fort Wilderness?
The Marina at Ft. Wilderness provides a great view of the nearby Magic Kingdom fireworks. The music from the show is piped in, so spending a few moments on the beach watching the night light up with wonder is pretty cool.
Is the pool at Fort Wilderness heated?
The pools are heated to 82°F/28°C throughout the year. Fort Wilderness also has a hot tub located near Meadow Swimmin’ Pool.
How much do you tip the maid at Disney?
The maid/housekeeping service at Walt Disney World is often referred to as Mousekeeping. These service Cast Members do accept tips. It is customary to leave $1 per day per person in the room for the housekeeper. Be sure to clearly label cash as a tip for the housekeeper, so they are sure to know it is for them.
