Can you steam vinyl?

You can use an iron to steam the wrinkles out of your vinyl banners but be careful. Vinyl burns easily, so make sure that the iron never comes into direct contact with the surface of your banners. However, much like with using a steam iron, you should avoid direct contact to prevent damaging your banners.

Can you steam vinyl backdrops?

We recommend getting a steam iron for vinyl backdrops, as they react nicely to the heat-water combo. Lay your backdrop on a flat surface. Make sure the space is big enough for the backdrop to lie completely flat to avoid putting wrinkles back into the cloth after you’ve already ironed it.
